I am currently working on a project that involves automating file backups using PowerShell and I am searching for direction on the best way to deal with make a script that can:

• Selectively backup specific folders and files from a source directory.

• Automatically create a timestamped folder in the backup destination for each backup operation.

• Include error handling and logging mechanisms to ensure the reliability of the backup process.
