PowerShell Studio • Error: Cannot open AMSI session

Product: PowerShell Studio 2024 (64 Bit)
Build: v5.8.249
OS: Windows 11.0.22631 & Windows 10 v10.0.19045.0
PS Version(s): 5.1.22621.1

When trying to build a package, I get the following error:

SAPIEN Package and Deploy Tool 4.9 (c) 2005 - 2024 SAPIEN Technologies, Inc.

Packaging with SAPIEN PowerShell V5 Host (Windows Forms) x64
Error: Cannot open AMSI session

This is happening on Win 10 and 11. When I revert back to Powershell Studio 2023 build v5.8.226, it works on both machines.
