Since the recent change to download procedures, I have an issue.
We are a highly secure organisation and therefore have a mean proxy which blocks pretty much all downloads of everything.
So if I click the 'free trial' button and attempt to download, it fails.
We have a team that we can request downloads from which goes through many security verification procedures and can then usually download.
Trouble is that if they download the 'installer' and give it to me then I cannot use the installer to install as it attempts to download the whole product - which is blocked.
If I go to My account and registered products and attempt to download the offline installer, that also fails. And the download team cannot download that as it requires my account logon which I cannot give them.
So chicken and egg here - It appears I can no longer download any updates to the product.
Any suggestions?
